Only taking me a few days, I made this simple yet gorgeous yellow gown for a Sailor Moon princess photoshoot with all my friends! The yellow satin dress has an elongated waistband with a gathered scoop neck and bust line. The skirt is extra long and a full circle, and has a chiffon overlay that is long, romantic, and flows beautifully in the breeze. The straps were made in to long ribbons and tie into a bow at the shoulder. Paired with the gown is a yellow choker, yellow hair bow with a red rose, and a yellow pendant necklace.

I typically don't like wearing yellow myself, but Venus' princess design is so timeless and beautiful that I really wanted to make it for this group project, despite the color. I'm so glad that I did, because it turned out to be one of my favorite looks from that year. I hope to wear it again soon!
